reinforces Boston Financial's commitment to offer a consultative

Melter has more than 17 years of experience in mutual fund
technology, operations, marketing, and strategy. He joins Boston
Financial from Wells Fargo Funds Management, where he was senior
vice president and head of operations, overseeing transfer agent
relationships and related activities across 529 plans and open-end,
closed-end, offshore and collective funds. Melter was also
responsible for establishing the Wells Fargo Advantage Funds online
environments. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Melter provided
strategic direction for the E-Commerce platform and online
marketing activities, which increased client and advisor adoption
rates and earned multiple industry awards for content, innovation,
design, and business results. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Funds
Management, Melter led E-Commerce strategy, design, development,
and online marketing for Strong Financial Corporation.
