•    U.S. listed shares of Chinese internet-tv company Youku Inc. (NYSE:YOKU) advanced 11.36% a day after the company signed an agreement with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (NASDAQ:NWSA) to license 250 films

•    Shares of Franklin Resources Inc. (NYSE:BEN) fell 5.04% to close at $96.67 after the mutual-fund manager's assets under management dropped last month
