Shin to its Board of Directors, effective May 8, 2008. Mr. Shin is executive vice president, industrial and transportation business, at the 3M Company of St. Paul, MN. "Mr. Shin has achieved a strong record of operational experience in the technology and consumer products business arena," said Ralph Izzo, chairman, president and CEO of PSEG. Mr. Shin has been with 3M since 1984 and has held posts with increasingly broader responsibilities. He became a division vice president in 2001 and was named an executive vice president in 2005.
