Natuzzi Announces the Appointment of Mr. Pasquale Natuzzi as New Chief Executive Officer

SANTERAMO IN COLLE, BARI, Italy--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2007--The Board of Directors of Natuzzi S.p.A. (NYSE: NTZ) ("Natuzzi" or "the Company"), today announced the appointment of Mr. Pasquale Natuzzi as new Chief Executive Officer of the Natuzzi Group (hereafter the "Group"), effective from October 1, 2007.

Pasquale Natuzzi, who is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Sales Officer of the Group, replaces Mr. Greco, who will continue to serve the Board of Directors as Outside Director.
