--Mastercard could face a GBP14 billion lawsuit in the U.K. after a court set aside an earlier decision to block the case, the Financial Times reports.

--Claimants seeking damages on behalf of U.K. consumers over allegedly illegal credit card fees will be able to have their case reheard, although this doesn't guarantee a trial, according to the FT.
