(NYSE:KFN) announced today that the company's Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, of $0.49 per common share. The common stock cash distribution will be payable on August 30, 2006 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2006.
