The agenda for the meeting is to: elect three directors to serve until the 2010 shareholder meeting; to approve and increase in the number of shares of Class A Common Stock available for issuance pursuant to our 2004 Amended and Restated Long Term Incentive Plan; ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company�s independent registered public accountants; and transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
