Departure Will Not Impact Integration of Recent Purchase Into
Huntsman Businesses BASEL, Switzerland, July 10
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Paul G. Hulme, President of the Materials
and Effects division of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN), announced
today that Eric Marohn, head of the recently acquired Textile
Effects business, has decided to leave the company for personal
reasons. "We expected Eric to be with us for a long time and are
surprised that he has chosen to leave the company," said Mr. Hulme.
"But we respect his decision and wish him well." Mr. Hulme will
assume day-to-day responsibility for the Textile Effects business
until the company can find a suitable replacement for Mr. Marohn.
"We have a strong and talented business team in place, and Eric's
departure will not impact in any way our transition plans or our
timetable for smoothly and fully integrating the Textile Effects
business into Huntsman," said Mr. Hulme. Huntsman is a global
