the Company will hold its 2013 annual general meeting of
shareholders at its Hong Kong
office at 48/F, Bank of China Tower, 1 Garden Road, Central,
Hong Kong, at 9:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time on December 16, 2013 (8:00
a.m. U.S. Eastern Time on December
16, 2013).
Shareholders of record as of November 4,
2013 will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the
annual general meeting. China Cord Blood Corporation filed
its annual report on Form 20-F, including its audited financial
statements for the fiscal year ended March
31, 2013, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(the "SEC") on July 31, 2013.
