ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On March 3, 2020, Centene Corporation (the "Company" or "Centene") issued a press release announcing its updated 2020 financial guidance. The full text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

The Company will host a conference call tomorrow, including a question-and-answer session, to discuss the details of its guidance. The event will begin promptly at 8:30 AM (Eastern Time).
