The Board of Trust Managers of Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) declared a first quarter dividend of $0.69 per share to holders of record as of March 30, 2007 of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest. The dividend to be paid on April 17, 2007 equates to an annual dividend rate of $2.76 per share, and represents a 4.5% increase over the Company�s previous dividend rate. Based on Camden�s closing price of $71.38 on March 14, 2007, the annual dividend represents a 3.9% yield.
