of the Year" award from United Space Alliance (USA) for excellent
work by the company's space shuttle star tracker team. The
achievement was recognized during a USA awards ceremony in
Huntsville, Ala., on July 19. USA's supplier of the year program
recognizes suppliers who continually demonstrate outstanding
overall performance on USA requirements. Ball Aerospace was
nominated by representatives from USA contracts and technical

trackers for the space shuttle program, and has a lengthy
