Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model
Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) Maturity Level 3 status for
its software development capabilities. The rating demonstrates
Ball's commitment to continuous improvement and affirms a
consistent and unified approach in all areas of software
development life cycle, including engineering, project management,
and support activities. "The prestigious CMMI-DEV is a yardstick by
which the government and industry gauge capability and process
