Dow Jones News
About 800 people in the central Illinois town of Tiskilwa were
evacuated early Friday after a train carrying ethanol derailed,
causing multiple tanker cars to explode, various media outlets
reported.
At least six cars of the 112-car train were still burning at
6:30 a.m. local time, three hours after the derailment. A fire
official said the shipper was ADM Corn Processing but a spokesman
for the company couldn't confirm that the cars contained ADM
products, The Chicago Tribune reported.
