Autonomy Corp. PLC (AU.LN), a company providing infrastructure software, Thursday announced that it has entered into an agreement with U.S. personal lines insurer Allstate Corp. (ALL) to license Autonomy's Intelligent Data Operating Layer software.

Shares closed Tuesday at 1408 pence valuing the company at GBP3.42 billion.
