Former AT&T and RR Donnelley Executives Elected to Air Products' Board of Directors LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Charles H. Noski, retired vice chairman of AT&T Corporation, and William L. Davis, III, retired chairman, president and CEO of RR Donnelley, were elected today to Air Products' (NYSE:APD) board of directors. Air Products' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John P. Jones said, "These additions reflect our commitment to strong and effective leadership. Both men bring broad experience and capability to our board." Noski's nomination is effective immediately. Davis will join the board July 20, 2005. Noski, 52, served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of AT&T Corporation between 1999 and 2002. He retired in November 2002 upon the completion of AT&T's restructuring. From December 2003 to March 2005, Noski was corporate vice president and chief financial officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Prior to both of these roles, he served as president and chief operating officer of Hughes Electronics Corporation and as a partner at Deloitte & Touche. Noski is currently a director of Microsoft Corporation. Previously, he served on the boards of AT&T, Teledyne Technologies Inc., Northrop Grumman Corporation and Hughes Electronics Corporation. He also was a director of Air Products from October 2000 through January 2004. Noski is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International and is a past member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. Davis, 61, became chairman/CEO in 1997 and president in 2001 of RR Donnelley - the largest printing company in North America, serving customers in publishing, healthcare, advertising, retail, telecommunications, technology, financial services and other industries. He retired from the company in February 2004. Over the prior two decades, Davis held senior sales, marketing and executive positions at Emerson Electric Company. He also held various positions at Sears, Roebuck & Co. between 1965 and 1977.
