today announced that Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS)
has selected its ULTRA(TM) solution to enhance the customer
experience it provides through its two contact centers. Blue Cross
and Blue Shield of Kansas serves more than 1.6 million people
through its underwritten and government lines of business,
processing more than 36 million claims each year. Verint's ULTRA
solution has been deployed at the company's customer service
contact centers in Topeka and Salina and will provide actionable
intelligence to help BCBSKS better understand customers' needs and
