Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SHIP)
announced today that the Nasdaq Stock Market has confirmed that the
Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2)
concerning the minimum bid price of the Company’s common stock and
the matter is now closed.
