Republic First Bank Appoints Vice President of Commercial Banking PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kuiming Jin was named Vice President of Commercial Banking at Republic First Bank, the primary asset of parent company Republic First Bancorp . Jin, a skilled and capable bank executive, will be responsible for new business development and client retention. Previously serving as Vice President/Relationship Manager for First Penn Bank, he handled a wide variety of small business and middle market clients, many of whom are of Asian descent. "Kuiming's proven record of new business development and commercial relationship orientation are a great asset to our team as we execute our plan to become the best bank for business in the Greater Delaware Valley," said Bob Davis, president and CEO of Republic First Bank. Jin earned his bachelor's degree in English from Tianjin Foreign Studies University in Tianjin, China. In 1989 he emigrated to the United States of America and continued his education at Temple University where he earned his MBA. Re-elected three times as a Board Member, Vice President of the Greater Philadelphia United Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce, Jin is also serving his first term as President of the Chinese Delegation of the 21st Century American-Korea-China Leaders Society. Jin currently resides in Blue Bell, PA, with his wife, Li and his two daughters, Jenny and Stephanie.
