Before joining Republic First Bank, Roig had been Director of Cash Management for Commerce Bank's Mid-Atlantic Region. Over the past 19 years, Roig held various leadership positions within Commerce Bank's Cash Management department. While at Commerce, Roig launched cash management services at the bank and was instrumental in building its present day full service offerings.
