RNVA is getting $20 million of overwhelming controlling equity in FOXO plus financing ($2.5 million) and common shares ($500,000) equal to FOXO's current market cap. That means RNVA earnings ($5.2 million p/y and growing) will be unimpaired by costs to commercialize the seven FOXO patents RNVA will own. RNVA gets FOXO for the cost of the paperwork. Damned right, gotta love it.

That seems pretty likely, but hard to say for sure at least until the proxy material is filed. A few steps to go before RNVA takes over FOXO. I'm sure the CEO is taking pains as we speak to make sure the RNVA financial statements and plan for FOXO meet SEC requirements for a NYSE AM listing. That is the FOXO supplemental listing application (SLAP) that will bring that listing into compliance. I would think RNVA filings can and will be brought current in the meantime, but maybe it all happen turnkey, much quicker than that. We'll all know a lot more soon.

One broker I have In Canada stopped allowing EM, the other let's me but I can no longer set and expiry date in the future on orders.

I used to be able to drag a trips lure on any broker for months until filled.

But yes I can still buy EM
