Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 13, 2008, Possis Medical, Inc., announced it will report complete results for its second quarter ended January 31, 2008, on February 20, 2008, at 7 a.m. (CT). For the second quarter, Possis currently expects net sales of approximately $20.6 million, a 30 percent increase from fiscal 2007 second-quarter sales of $15.8 million. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
