Office Depot, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODP) (the “Company”), a leading
provider of business services and supplies, products and technology
solutions through an integrated B2B distribution platform, today
confirmed that its previously announced reverse stock split of the
Company’s common stock at a ratio of 1-for-10 will become effective
at 4:01 p.m. EDT on June 30, 2020 as previously disclosed.
Trading on a reverse stock split-adjusted basis will commence on
the NASDAQ Global Select Market at the opening of trading on July
1, 2020.
Additional details will be contained in a Current Report on Form
8-K to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
upon the effectiveness of the reverse stock split.
