Other Events.

As previously announced on March 14, 2023, ObsEva SA (the “Company”) expects that its common shares will be scheduled for delisting from The Nasdaq Capital Market and will be suspended at the opening of business on March 23, 2023. As a result, the common shares are expected to begin trading on the over-the-counter (“OTC”) market on March 23, 2023. On the OTC market, the Company’s common shares, which previously traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “OBSV,” are expected to trade under the symbol ” OBSVF.”
