No. STAL is a blatant scam and I have been warning everyone of that for the entire time I have posted here.

My interpretation is that Polariton is given the primeur! Long existing relationship with record breaking cooperation! Nobody of tier1 and Tier2 can object to this. Waiting for more news to come of which a buy out attempt is not excluded in my opinion. Things can move fast!
