As a long time Shareholder of COOP I'm curious to visit with retail holders of Home Point to verify your thoughts on being sold to Mr. Cooper Group. It's been a horrible year brought about by the extremism of the Fed. Reserve hiking rates so quickly and burning 5- and 10 year long T bill holders so badly in such a short time period. I'm truly sorry for those of you that are caught up in this mess. I do believe that COOP now has a solid foundation and the technology to compete with anyone in servicing. Thankfully we have a lower operating cost due to the technology and are growing rapidly during this turbulent time.
