Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	The stock options have a five year vesting schedule. 20% of the options vested on May 9, 2007, the first anniversary of the grant. The balance vested 5% quarterly thereafter until fully vested on May 9, 2011. The options expire on May 9, 2016.
( 2)	The stock options have a five year vesting schedule. 20% of the options vested on July 26, 2007, the first anniversary of the grant. The balance vested 5% quarterly thereafter until fully vested on July 26, 2011. The options expire on July 26, 2016.

Remarks:
