Fairchild Semiconductor Receives “S-Partner Certificate” from Samsung SDI

Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance power and mobile products, recently received the “S-Partner Certificate” from Samsung SDI, a leader in the development of new energy and display business. This certificate recognizes companies that meet SAMSUNG SDI standards for corporate social responsibility through a well established environment quality control system.

The S-Partner accreditation system evaluates the suppliers’ social and environmental standards when selecting suppliers for long-term sustainable partners. The program monitors corporate social responsibility activities by conducting focused assessment in the areas of labor, ethics and health and safety.
