Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 14, 2023, Roger Westerlind, the President of ENGlobal Corporation (the “Company”), was terminated effective March 17, 2023. A replacement has not been named. In the interim, his duties will be assumed by the Company’s Executive Chairman, William A. Coskey.
