announced today the signing of a multi-unit store development
agreement with new franchise group, Eliasco, LLC, to develop 15 new
restaurants in the Minneapolis-St. Paul
South Metro area including the surrounding cities of
Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, St.
Paul, West St. Paul,
Woodbury, and other communities
south of the Metro area. The first restaurant under the agreement
is planned to open in 2018.
Led by Elias Saman, the new
franchise group will manage and oversee the development and
operations for each Dunkin' Donuts restaurant. The group has vast
experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry and
currently owns and operates multiple local gas and convenience
stores in Minnesota and
Wisconsin.
