BUFFALO, N.Y., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CTG (NASDAQ:CTGX), an international information technology (IT) staffing and solutions company, today announced that its Board of Directors appointed Brendan M. Harrington as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Harrington has served as CTG's Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2005 and prior to that was the Company's Corporate Controller. Additionally, John M. Laubacker, who served as CTG's Director, Audit and Treasury Services, was named Treasurer by the Board. CTG Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James R. Mr. Harrington joined CTG in February 1994 and served in a number of managerial financial positions in the Company's corporate and European operations before being appointed Corporate Controller in 2005. Prior to joining CTG, Mr. Harrington was a Senior Accountant employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Harrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Laubacker joined CTG in 1996. As Treasurer, he is responsible for management of treasury, audit and financial reporting functions for CTG. Prior to joining CTG, Mr. Laubacker was a Senior Manager employed by KPMG from 1988 to 1996. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
