U.S. Bank Partners with Cintas to Host a Secure Minneapolis Community Shred Event

U.S. Bank is hosting a free community shred event on Saturday, June 12, and Saturday, June 19, both from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Powered by Cintas Corporation, the leader in secure document management services, these events will take place at the U.S. Bank Robbinsdale Branch located at 4000 West Broadway in Robbinsdale on June 12, and the U.S. Bank Riverbank Business Center at 2751 Shepard Road in St. Paul on June 19. Local bank customers and community members are encouraged to bring any confidential documents containing personal information such as their name, Social Security number or financial information, to be securely destroyed by Cintas.

During the events, anyone can bring their documents to the two locations and have them shredded by an on-site, certified Cintas employee. From drop-off to destruction, all documents will be constantly monitored and protected. Further, all of the shredded documents will be recycled into secondary paper products to reduce waste and impact on the environment. In doing so, the community will save trees, energy and gallons of water while reducing green house gas emissions.
