Cintas and CB Tech Form Strategic Alliance to Provide Secure Document Management Services Nationwide

Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS), the leader in secure document management services, today announced a strategic alliance with CB Tech to manage its extensive network of qualified subcontractor relationships. Cintas partnered with CB Tech to create an integrated, seamless product and service management platform. CB Tech’s leadership and partnership now enables Cintas to provide its secure and efficient document management services nationwide.

This alliance will provide clients with a consistent and centralized, one-stop service offering for Cintas’ shredding solutions. It also provides customers with national coverage, but still maintains a dedicated representative for local support. Following a successful pilot in November 2009, Cintas began implementing CB Tech’s services in the Southeast and plans to be completely rolled out nationwide by April 2010.

In the partnership, Cintas provides CB Tech with the infrastructure and field support to manage the complete lifecycle of all documents; ensuring a secure chain of custody to meet stringent compliance requirements. In turn, CB Tech provides project, program and fleet management through its proprietary Service Management, Accounting and Reporting Technology (SMART), the IT platform by which all document services are tracked and managed.

CB Tech was recently awarded Corporate Plus® status by the National Minority Supplier Development Council for its capacity to handle national contracts for major corporations. Through this strategic alliance relationship, CB Tech will be able to offer its clients document destruction through its relationship with Cintas and its sub-network.

Cintas is the first North American AAA NAID-certified and PCI DSS compliant document management provider. Its services are designed to provide businesses with data privacy and security, compliance with regulatory requirements and greater control and access to information.
