Hey FOFreddie, I agree there are some advantages for the JPS, which is why I hold some as a hedge. Whether they get called near PAR, or resume dividends, or get converted to Common, they help me have more winning scenarios than Common alone.

It's totally obvious almost two decades and the stock is sub penny. It's never been a good company and it's never been a good investment.
