BJ's Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq:BJRI) announced today the opening of
its newest BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Tucson, Ariz., on
June 7, 2005. The 7,650-square-foot freestanding restaurant is
located at 4270 North Oracle Rd., just south of the Tucson Mall.
The restaurant has seating for 266 guests with hours of operation
from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 1
a.m. Friday and Saturday. "We were delighted with opening day's
sales at Tucson, our fourth restaurant opening to date in 2005,"
said Jerry Deitchle, president and CEO. "Tucson represents our
second restaurant in Arizona, and we currently have two additional
restaurants planned to open in the Phoenix market during the next
12 months. We remain on track to open eight or more restaurants
during fiscal 2005." BJ's Restaurants Inc. currently owns and
