ARRIS Creates Government Sales Department, Names Bruce Downs VP, Sales and Marketing DULUTH, Ga., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ARRIS announced today that Bruce Downs has been named as Vice President of Government Sector Sales and Marketing. Inthis new role, he will be responsible for introducing innovative ARRIS broadband solutions into the Government sector through strategic partnering, contract expansion, and direct sales. In his 10 years with ARRIS, Bruce has served in senior roles in Customer Service, Product Management, Operations Management, Strategic Project Management and Supply-Chain Management.
