SUWANEE, Ga., June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) today announced that Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited has selected the ARRIS Cadant(R) C4(TM) CMTS as it prepares to offer its subscribers voice service, in addition to digital video and high-speed data. Columbus' customers in St. Augustine and Valsayn will be among the first to receive the new triple play package. Columbus has been using ARRIS C4 CMTS' to support its HSD subscriber base and is migrating those customers onto several new chassis as it expands its service offerings to include digital voice. On launch, it is expected that Columbus will install ARRIS Touchstone(R) TM502G Embedded Multimedia Terminal Adapters (E-MTAs) in subscriber households.
