Agree with everything you said except price prediction. There are so many other factors that drive price movement. If you are just relying on perception based on past promises, then yes, one would think it will move lower.

IMO, the real issue in the system is that nether the patient, doctor not pharmacist knows from the label that the indication is patent infringement. All they wold see is that it is not an approved indication for the drug. They might be aware of the fact, or might possibly catch that the labels are d
