On August 2, 2024, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the second quarter 2024 on Thursday, August 8, 2024 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
