Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) has acquired Full Spectrum Media ("FSM") (www.4fsm.com) for Five Hundred million shares of Restricted Common Stock of TGGI; FSM is now a wholly owned subsidiary of TGGI.

FSM will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TGGI with its current management in place. Randy Schneider will continue to serve as President and Steve White as Chief Technology Officer; Mr. Schneider has been named to the Board of TGGI.

3) A new Fitness Center chain chose Full Spectrum Media to create its branding campaign, web presence, and all franchise branch technology solutions. This includes providing an email and texting solution to the hundreds of franchise locations, and a simple and easy to use interface for customer management.

4) An award winning publicly traded Golf Company has chosen Full Spectrum Media to develop a complete new online experience for its customers including a new on line shopping solution. Branding and global marketing projects are also included in this initiative and are scheduled into 2012.
