Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced the company was recognized by Comparably as a winner of the awards for Best Career Growth and Best Leadership Teams. The awards are based on employee feedback over the 12-month period from May 2023 through May 2024.

“We are honored to receive this recognition which reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive company culture and creating new career paths for employees at all levels within Consilio,” said Brandyn Payne, Chief Employee Experience Officer. “It’s wonderful to know our employees appreciate these efforts to grow capability and community across our growing, global team.”

The award for Best Career Growth measures employees’ confidence about professional growth at their company. It includes sample questions including how often they receive valuable feedback from their managers, if the work they do is challenging, if they have a mentor, and how satisfied they are with their professional development and job advancement opportunities. The award for Best Leadership Teams is based on how employees rated their CEO, leadership team, and direct managers.

Consilio provides several opportunities for education within the organization. For example, the Consilio Leadership Academy (CLA) is a 10-month leadership program that brings together a diverse cohort of high-potential leaders to prepare them for future executive positions at Consilio, enhancing opportunities for career growth. In 2023, the company also established a new initiative, the Consilio Sales Associate Program (CSAP), designed to create a pipeline of skilled early career business development talent from diverse backgrounds.

In 2023, Consilio continued to expand structured mentorship opportunities for different groups of employees. Specifically, the WE-Together women’s affinity group, the Proud@Consilio LGBTQIA+ affinity group, and the EMEAA regional cohort established official mentoring programs, providing a structured system for senior employees to help more junior employees navigate their careers and network within the organization.

Consilio’s priorities of diversity, equity, and inclusion are well-reflected by the composition of its leadership. Three of the six members of Consilio’s executive leadership team are diverse, and 32% of all senior leadership roles at the organization are held by women.
