Winney will be responsible for driving the company's growth in the public cloud services market. Winney comes to nClouds after almost five years at AWS, where he served as an Area Sales Leader. He has served as a growth company Cofounder and CEO multiple times in his career, and as a senior executive at other leading technology companies.

Shaun Ritchie, who acquired nClouds two years ago along with Charles Thayne Capital, has served as the company's CEO since its acquisition. Shaun will move into the Board Chairman role, spearheading the company's inorganic growth through additional mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances.
