TEG Environmental plc, producers of leading edge green technology in-vessel

strengthen its sales, project management and technical teams.

Mike Orr (age 44) is the new Regional Manager for Scotland and Border Counties.
Mike was formerly General Manager of Border Machinery Ring (BMR), has 24 years
of wide experience in agri-business and was responsible for the restructuring of
BMR and returning it to profitability. He is now responsible for managing sales
and projects in the region.

Fiona Maudsley (age 31), Honours graduate in microbiology, has moved up to
Technical Sales Manager and in this role works closely with Dick Bilborough,
Chief Executive. Fiona has spent 7 years as Technical Manager with TEG
understudying the Technical Director. She has been responsible for both
laboratory and full scale commercial trials, composting a variety of organic
wastes through TEG plants.

This follows the announcement on 27 September 2004 that Dr Angela Cronje (age
29), an Honours graduate in Chemical Engineering with a doctorate specialising
in composting research, was appointed Technical Manager. Angela achieved
international recognition for papers published and presented in UK and US
journals. She strengthens the technical and scientific team at TEG led by Dr
Alan Heyworth, a leading expert in composting with over 40 years experience.

This also follows the announcement made on 20th January 2005 that Michael
Fishwick (age 39) has been appointed a Director of the Company and Chief
Executive Elect. He is understudying the current CEO, Dick Bilborough, and has
assumed direct management control of the technical, engineering and
manufacturing aspects of the Company. Michael joined TEG from the successful
recycling business Waste Solutions Group Ltd, where he was Managing Director
since 2000.

Commenting on these appointments, Chief Executive of TEG Environmental plc, Dick
Bilborough, said: "We have built up an exceptionally strong technical team to
lead the way in recycling organic wastes by composting into an organic
fertiliser. Mike Orr brings a wealth of experience and contacts to the position
and is ideally placed to take forward the TEG business in Scotland and the North
of England. The investment in our technical and scientific team provides the
essential support to the TEG in-vessel system for dealing with the growing
problem of safely treating organic waste streams to the high standards now
required by legislation and meeting the statutory targets for diversion of waste
from landfill. The company is now closing on contracts which have been long
impending awaiting legislation compliance dates now due 2005/06."
