Ten Alps Plc, the factual media company, announces that it has posted the Report
and Accounts to shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2007.

The Group also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday
10th September at 14.00hrs, at Trelawney House, Chestergate, Macclesfield,

channels.  When Ten Alps launched on AiM in 2001 it had revenues of under #2m
and 10 staff.  It now employs over 570 people in three divisions: broadcast,
digital and communications, and 2006-7 revenues were #69m.
