    Suspension of trading on AIM

    Pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies the Your Space shares have been suspended from trading on AIM pending publication of the
Company's audited accounts for the period ended 31 March 2008. The Company is in the process of finalising its accounts with its auditors,
Grant Thornton LLP, and expects to be in a position to release its audited accounts for the period ended 31 March 2008 in the near future.
