The Directors today announce that Steven Steel was yesterday appointed to the
Waterline Group plc main board, in the role of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO")
of the Company. He was originally appointed CFO and to the operating board of
the Company on 4 January 2006.


Steven is 37 years old and a certified chartered accountant who joined Waterline
in 2004 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers.


There is no further information to be disclosed regarding Steven deriving from
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.


The Directors would like to further announce that Rob Taylor has been appointed
Sales Director of Waterline Limited and Adrian Davidson has become Managing
Director of Mike Walker Distribution Limited effective Monday 3rd April.
