The Board of White Young Green Plc ("White Young Green") announces that, at the
Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, approval was given by
shareholders for the acquisition of the entire issued share capitals of IMC
Consulting Limited and IMC Europe Limited. All conditions have now been
satisfied and the acquisition is therefore complete.
