The above documents along with draft Articles of Association, amended to reflect
resolutions 12 and 13 in the Notice of AGM, have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority and are available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary
Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

The draft amended Articles of Association are also available for inspection at
