The Directors of West China Cement advise that the Company has allotted 69,364 
ordinary shares of 10p, following the exercise of warrants by Insinger de 
Beaufort which were issued at the time of the Company's admission to AIM (the 
"IdB IPO Warrants"). Following this exercise there will be no IdB IPO Warrants 
outstanding. 
 
 
Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. 
The new shares rank pari passu with the Company's issued ordinary shares and 
dealings are expected to commence on 23 September 2009.
