Further to the interim announcement made on 24 September 2008, the Company 
continues to experience difficult trading conditions. The Company has been not 
been able to agree the sale of any parts of the Venteco Group and has been 
unable to raise additional funds for the Company.  A further announcement will 
be made in respect of the Company's financial position in due course. 
 
 
In the meantime, the Company is not in a position to publish its annual audited 
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, and therefore trading in the 
Company's shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from today.
